ILPS CONDEMNS ISRAELI ATTACKS ON PALESTINIAN PEOPLE IN GAZA

16 November 2012

We, the International League of Peoples’ Struggle, condemn in the strongest terms the brutal air strikes of Israel against the Palestinian people in Gaza as well as the preparations being made for the invasion of Gaza. We demand that Israel and its US imperialist master to stop all aggressive actions against the Palestinian people.

We stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people who are fighting for their national sovereignty and homeland. Israel is a long-running aggressor and occupier of Palestine. It is completely hypocritical for Israel to claim the right of self-defense.

Zionist Israel is absolutely evil in perpetrating political assassinations and other extrajudicial killings and in directing its air strikes against the civilian population and the social infrastructure of Gaza. It is sheer malice and cowardice that it is murdering civilians, including children and destroying civilian homes, hospitals, schools and power plants.

Not satisfied with the bloodbath that it is currently committing in violation of the international law on human rights and armed conflict, Israel is poised to commit far greater destruction of civilian lives, homes and other non military structures through an all-out military invasion.

We also condemn US imperialism, particularly the Obama regime, for supporting and emboldening the aggressive actions of Israel, Israel has long been able to inflict atrocities and humiliation on the Palestinian and Arab peoples and violate so many UN resolutions because of US military, economic and political support for Zionist Israel.

The Palestinian people are fighting for the just cause of national liberation. Thus, they enjoy abundant support from the peoples of the world. We, the International League of Peoples’ Struggle, are calling on all our member-organizations and allies to do the best they can to oppose the US-Zionist combine and further strengthen international support for the Palestinian people. ###

Decision on the petition for proscription against the CPP-NPA as terrorist organizations filed by the DOJ on 21 Feb 2018 with the RTC branch...

The Program of the CPP which is also synonymous with “Plan of Action”, can be construed as the respondent organizations’ “purpose for being,” or the very reasons for its establishment. A perusal of the foregoing Program, consisting of lofty ideals readily shows that the CPP-NPA is organized or exists, not for the purpose engaging in terrorism.
