COMMENT OF PROF. JOSE MARIA SISON; ¨Ramos should strongly admonish Duterte to cease and desist from being extremely traitorous and corrupt.¨

Duterte is traitorous and corrupt for selling out cheap to China the sovereign rights of the Philippines and the Filipino people over the West Philippine Sea and Benham Rise. The patriotic officers and members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and those of the New People´s Army can agree to hold Duterte accountable for violating the sovereign rights and interests of the Filipino people in the same manner as the Kuomintang and the Chinese Red Army could in the past unite against Japanese imperialism.

The salary increase for military and police personnel is meant to bribe them to support Duterte´s drive for fascist dictatorship but is a mere trifle compared to the loss of sovereign rights and trillions of dollars worth of mineral and marine resources in exchange for Chinese loans at high commercial rates of 6 to 7 percent for overpriced infrastructure projects. If he still has some remaining influence on Duterte, Ramos should strongly admonish Duterte to cease and desist from being extremely traitorous and corrupt.

Duterte boasts of himself as a strong man, intimidating the Filipino people with brute force and with the most abusive language and is actually establishing a fascist dictatorship through Con-Ass and Cha-Cha. But he is a complete coward and puppet vis a vis China by selling out cheap the sovereign rights of the Philippines and the Filipino people over the rich mineral and marine resources of the West Philippine Sea, Panatag Shoal and Benham Rise.

Decision on the petition for proscription against the CPP-NPA as terrorist organizations filed by the DOJ on 21 Feb 2018 with the RTC branch...

The Program of the CPP which is also synonymous with “Plan of Action”, can be construed as the respondent organizations’ “purpose for being,” or the very reasons for its establishment. A perusal of the foregoing Program, consisting of lofty ideals readily shows that the CPP-NPA is organized or exists, not for the purpose engaging in terrorism.
