JOMA SISON: AQUINO IS CRIMINALLY LIABLE ACCORDING TO THE FACTS

Noynoy003 Noynoy002 Noynoy001

Updated on Friday
From the wall of Joma Sison

Aquino cannot escape topmost responsibility and ignominy for the gory Mamasapano fiasco. Despite the pussy-footing or overly diffident language towards Aquino and the thrust to put the main blame on Napeñas, the conclusions of the Board of Inquiry cannot avoid mentioning facts which point to the guilt of Aquino for relying on the suspended General Purisima, breaking the chain of command, making impossible timely reinforcements and causing the unnecessary death of his own 44 men in SAF.

COVER UP FOR AQUINO AND PURISIMA

Aquino wants to get away from his criminal responsibility in the bloody Mamasapano fiasco by trying to cover up the following:

1. Abusing his position as AFP and PNP commander-in-chief, he authorized the suspended PNP Chief General Purisima to plan and direct Oplan Wolverine and criminally disregarded the chain of command. Who else could have authorized Purisima? Not just Ochoa who can act only upon the authority and instruction of his President.

US ADMISSION OF CIA TORTURE WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY
IS AGAINST US AND INTERNATIONAL LAW AND IS NOT ENOUGH

By Prof. Jose Maria Sison
Chairperson, International League of Peoples’ Struggle
December 13, 2014

On the eve of the International Human Rights Day last December 9, the US Senate Intelligence Committee, chaired by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California), released the  525-page summary of the 6,700-page report on the program of  “enhanced interrogation techniques”  (torture) used by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the name of counterterrorism in the years of the Bush II regime, following 9/11.  The full report is based on 6.3 million pages of official documents. It confirms that the CIA engaged in various forms of physical and psychological torture in “black sites” (secret various places for detention and interrogation in various countries).

ALL-OUT SUPPORT FOR THE STRUGGLE
OF THE STUDENTS AND THE PEOPLE OF MEXICO

By Prof. Jose Maria Sison
Chairperson, International League of Peoples’ Struggle
November 29, 2014

To all the member-organizations and allies of  the International League of Peoples’  Struggle

And to the working class and peoples of the world:

We in the International League of Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS), have followed with great attention and indignation the aggression which the workers and people of Mexico have been victims of.   We have observed that since Enrique Peña Nieto became President of Mexico, the offensive against the people has been devastating; structural reforms have been imposed,  increasing Mexico’s economic dependence on US imperialism; Plan Merida has been reinforced in order to strengthen the Yankee military control in the region, and recently the participation of the Mexican Army in the badly named Peace Force (Blue Helmets) has been approved, which exposes that the Mexican government is a puppet of Barack Obama.
